Time is the indefinite continued progress of existence and events that occur in apparently irreversible succession from the past through the present to the future.
A Crack in Time
The cracks, are defective cosmic strings in spacetime, probably created early in the life of the universe. Cosmic strings are minutely thin infinitely long threads of pure energy.
